Our stay was just terrible with family room at that price was pathetic! The room kitchenette (I would even call that kitchenette) was just the worst I’ve ever seen. I have never come across such a dirty motel in Australia! Seriously this hotel owners and manager need to know what a motel is and upgrade their facilities. Their kitchen is so dirty and their surrounding need a good overhaul! This was probably the worst experience we’ve ever had in Australia. Compared to NSW and Victoria, these people need to educate themselves about what a good tourism business is. They’re basically bringing a bad name to the entire Darwin/NT tourism industry! Trips.com is just making money out of this and they don’t care about the deceptive pictures on their website and on the internet.
